Diese ist im SGB II nicht vorgesehen (BSG Az.: B 14 AS 13\/10 R). Ein an HIV erkranktem Mann im Hartz4-Bezug ist ein Mehrbedarf zugestanden worden, hier ging es um erh\u00f6hte Kosten der Hygiene.
